The FAKRO electric roof windows combine traditional centre pivot operation with the convenience of the Z-Wave system. Utilizing low-power radio waves, the Z-Wave system allows seamless operation of various devices, including lighting, air conditioning, and roof windows. This means you can easily control electrical accessories such as blackout, roller, and Venetian blinds, along with external roller shutters with just a few simple commands.

• This unit has been glazed with double glazing for added safety. Toughened outer pane with a laminated inner pane gives a U-value of 1.3 W/m2K

• Equipped with factory-fitted components, including a switchboard, motor, and transformer, enabling remote control for opening, closing, and accessory management.
• It features a rain sensor that automatically closes the window sash during rainfall.
• Contacts on the frame facilitate the easy installation of electrical accessories.
• The window effortlessly connects to the mains supply at 230V.
• The inclusion of remote control with the roof window ensures comfortable operation. Turning the handle 90° disconnects the sash from the actuator.
• The window includes an automatic air inlet, V40P, to maintain proper ventilation.
• The standard glazing option is our anti-burglary P2 double glazing, while other options can be requested.
• The window boasts increased resistance against burglary, thanks to the topSafe system.
