Cancelling or Returning My Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right within 14 days to return your order and receive a refund. This does not apply to bespoke or personalised items that are made to your specification.
TRIPPLE AND QUADRAPLE GLAZED FRAMES ARE CLASSED AS BESPOKE AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED.
Reporting Faults. If you believe the product to have a fault, please do not return it without first contacting us to explain the problem. Refunds cannot be given unless it is fully established by the manufacturer that the fault is with the product itself and that it has not been damaged or wrongly fitted.
To return or amend an order, you can email or call 0115 786 7107, quoting your order number.
We must receive a cancellation request with your order number to produce a return number for you that can be placed on your product box. This helps to identify the order.
You can cancel your order anytime from placing your order up until 14 days so long as the goods have not been dispatched (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) commencing the day of your order. This does not apply to bespoke or personalised items.
You must take reasonable care of the items and return them back via a carrier yourself, we recommend taking photos before couriering and insuring for the full value.
If the item has been unpacked, we will charge a £35 administration charge.
Returns – Any return of goods must be made within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. Any returns outside of these dates will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted on items which have already been fitted.
Returning Goods. All items must be returned in their original packaging and protected so as to avoid any damage. Goods being returned must be sent by secure carrier and by signed delivery.
A restocking charge of 25% will be deducted from any refund offered following an inspection that the return is in a sellable condition.
