The Top Hung Roof Window's dual purposes! FPW FAKRO P2 A new series of top hung and pivot roof windows called PreSelect Windows has two distinct opening mechanisms: top hung and centre pivot. PreSelect windows have distinct opening operations, increasing safety and sash stability.

The sash can be opened in any angle between 0° and 35° thanks to the outward opening mechanism. You can reach the window more easily at a 35° angle. The window can then be moved through 180 degrees with the flick of a switch, which is used to clean the outer pane or operate an awning blind. The hinges' development and design ensure a secure opening and total stability when fully opened to a 35° angle.

When the window is open, the PreSelect switch, which is located in the centre of the frame, is reachable.

The chic handle has a two-step microopening facility and is situated at the bottom of the sash.

The topSafe system is available on all PreSelect windows, boosting burglary resistance.

For added safety, the P2 range provides a laminated glass option. P2 glazing is a safety double-glazed unit with a laminated inner pane and a toughened outer pane. Ideal for installations above head height. As with a car windscreen, if something were to violently strike a window, the glazing would remain in place until you could get it mended.
