The real-time data displayed on the unit, including days run, hours on trickle or boost, energy usage and humidity sensor-triggered boost hours, allows landlords to reassure residents of the low-running costs.

The Lo-Carbon Response 7 is designed to offer a more comfortable environment for homeowners. One of its standout features is the patented delayed start option. This selectable feature during installation allows the resident to enjoy a peaceful bathroom for up to 20 minutes before the Boost function activates, significantly improving the resident's satisfaction. Additionally, if the light switch is turned on and off within 3 minutes, the Boost will not activate. This feature eliminates any disturbance to the family during the night if someone accidentally turns on the bathroom light.
