The Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon PureAir Cleanse 100 HT-IAQ is a continuously running decentralised mechanical extract ventilation fan designed for private refurbishment and energy-efficient homes.

Featuring an advanced Intelligent Air Quality sensor, the fan detects total volatile organic compounds VOCs and automatically adjusts extraction rates when pollutants or odours are present. The proportional Boost function improves air quality quickly while maintaining comfort.

Designed to comply with Approved Document F 2021, the unit delivers increased whole house ventilation rates without increased noise. Independently tested sound levels are as low as 7.4dB(A), making it suitable for quiet domestic environments.

The HT-IAQ model includes integrated humidistat and timer controls with proportional speed increase up to 85% RH before full Boost activation, reducing nuisance triggering.

Its ultra-slim 56mm ceiling void requirement and IPX5 rating allow installation in bathroom Zones 1, 2 and 3. The adjustable airflow control platform enables easy commissioning and whole house rate compliance using fewer fans.
