Returns, Collection & Restocking Policy
We accept return requests within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
A collection and restocking fee of £45.00 + VAT applies to all approved returns, including solid wood, solid surface, and laminate products.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, uncut, unfitted, unoiled, and not modified in any way. Products must be fully repackaged as delivered. Clear photos are required before a return can be approved.
Any product that has been worked on will be considered accepted and is non-returnable.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
A cancellation fee of £40.00 + VAT applies if the order has not yet been routed. The cut-off time is 12 PM on the day before delivery.
If an order has already been routed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the returns policy will apply instead.
Additional Information
Return requests without photos will not be processed. Collection will only be arranged once the return is approved. Applicable fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
